Delivery times in general
Our normal delivery times for our products are listed below in a detailed way / country. Please take into account that we will inform you in case there might be changes based on the availability etc.
Our standard products are shipped out from our partner within two weeks of Your order and on top of that, there will be the delivery time based on the region You live in.
Shipping in general
We have a shipping partner who takes care of Your goods after Your order. Due to variations between the areas you live in, there are differences both in shipping times, customs etc. policies. Please see specifically / your region below.
Product prices can be seen on our webstore. The total price includes free shipping and delivery to your given address to following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland *, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands.
Deliveries to Norway and Switzerland are not free, additional logistics/customs fees to be informed.
Currently we are shipping only to European countries (Outside EU shipping coming up).

We are happy to offer you a price and delivery time thru a logistics partner to deliver the goods for you.
Prices are DAP (delivered at place), they are in euros and excl. VAT. Prices are valid until 31.12.2022.
For tracking your shipment, you will receive a link from us to Your given e-mail address.
Warranty for materials and construction faults are three (3) years from the delivery date. Damage, wear and tear to lacquered parts and fabrics are not covered by this warranty.
If you are not satisfied with our products you have ordered, we offer a 14-day exchange and return policy. Please note that you will have to pay the cost of the return shipping.
You have the right to exchange or return one or more of the products in your order. Products returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging (or equivalent) and in good condition for re-sales. The marketable product is unused, intact, and clean. Include a free-form notification with your return shipment, including your contact information, order number, and product numbers of the products to be returned. Please inform firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product(s).
The price of the returned products will be reimbursed to you as soon as possible. Please note – Customer return shipments are slower than regular parcel traffic.

Upon delivery of a good you ordered, if you do not want to pick up your package, please inform email@example.com beforehand. The email will serve as a notification that you are returning the product and will save you further processing costs.
If you want to exchange the product for another, please contact us.
Damage in transit
If a product is damaged during transport, take a photo of the product and the transport packaging, then inform firstname.lastname@example.org about it. It is advisable to keep the damaged or broken transport packaging.
The claim must be submitted to us within 48 hours from the moment it has been received. We work rapidly and try our best to send a courier to pick up the damaged product within the next 48 hours and process your replacement as soon as possible.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive wrong goods or the product has a manufacturing or material defect, please inform email@example.com.

Delivery time (time from order to shipment of Your purchase)
Our target is to ship out Your order within 1-2 days from the time of purchase. Please note that there may be delays due to availability. In the event of a delay, we will endeavor to inform you as quickly as possible via email.
To provide faster delivery, we have also various items ready in storage for immediate shipping.
Shipping in EU and outside EU
Below you can find the different shipping options for each country and possible additional fees. Due to customs fees and various taxation systems, the shipping options may vary from country to country. Please see specifically / your region below.
EUROPE (Home delivery EU 6-9 days)
All orders are shipped out from our factory in Finland, typically in 1-2 days from the time of order.
The price includes home delivery to the countries listed below. For other countries in Europe, see the “Other countries” shipping information below.

Norway and Switzerland (FedEx)
For the countries outside EU in Europe, customer is responsible for the delivery fee and the custom taxes etc. additional fees. All orders are shipped out from our factory in Finland, typically in 1-2 days from the time of order. Customer shipping is provided using the FedEx service.

Courier shipping could be available for most of the other countries. Total cost of the product depends of the local import duties.
